Shipping & Returns
Most of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 4weeks for production. We’ll do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING:
Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Once you add your selected item to the cart, shipping fees and estimated delivery details will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes or customs fees.

RETURNS:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at hello@nowhowstudio.com . Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please note: custom-made or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
