We would like you to use our products for a long time, every products will be guaranteed free repair for 5 years. You can contact us for the repair of our products after guaranteed period passed with charge of repair cost. 

 

How it works

1. Contact us via hello@nowhowstudio.com by email to inform us which product needed to be repair.

2. Send the product including the original invoice to informed address by your wished postage company with a tracking number*. 

3. We inform you when its done and we send you an invoice of the shipping cost. You pay the cost of the shipment (and repair if guarantee period is passed) and send you back as soon as the payment is done.

4.You will get the 10% off voucher for your next purchase :)

 

*We recommend using a tracking number to ship the product and customer must cover the shipping cost. We will not cover and guarantee in case of lost of the products by the shipment.
